# Step 1 (Requirements)

Check that you have all the requirements needed to install and use SwiftUtils to its maximum capacity.

## 1. Supported Minecraft Server versions

This list of supported versions has been checked for `SwiftUtils v1.0.0-beta1` .

Our plugin is only compatible with the latest sub-version of each Minecraft version.

Example: *The plugin won't work in 1.12 or 1.12.1, but it will work in 1.12.2.*
